Feeding Time at the Zoo


These painted storks are fighting for their meals
when the zoo keeper throw the fish to them.

When they got their food, these painted storks will fly away
leaving the others to have their shares to get them.

It was a fast moment of these flying lake birds to get
their catches. And I got this picture using a Canon 1D
mark lll
and a 70-200 mm zoom.

The Flying Painted Storks

When I walked into the Zoo Negara and it was around 9.40am in the morning. I saw these Flying Painted Storks were flying around. It may just challenging each others of their flying skill or looking where they find any foods for their breakfirst.

These flying painted storks are intelligent and they know they can get some free meals here at this hour from the Zoo keepers.

Many of these flying painted storks are not residents here. some of them from nearby areas and will come back here every morning for their food.
